Jamie Lynn Spears, better known as 'Britney's little sister' is about to assume a new title—TV star. According to Zap2it.com, Nickelodeon's sketch show "All That" has enlisted Jamie Lynn as the eighth cast member for its upcoming season. Series production begins this week.

"All That" has launched the careers of Nick Cannon ("Men in Black II") and Amanda Bynes who will star in a new WB comedy called "What I Like About You" next season.

About 3.3 million people watch "All That" every week ensuring the young Spears gets lots of eyeballs. Undoubtedly she'll need that exposure to develop a familiarity with her viewers. After all, Jamie Lynn shares her name with one of the biggest celebrities on the planet--Britney--who as every teenager knows, started her entertainment career while acting on "The Mickey Mouse Club."
