The O.C. star Rachel Bilson has laughed off claims she's returning to California's Orange County for a movie version of the hit TV show.

The actress found fame starring alongside Mischa Barton on the hit drama, which came to an end in 2007.

Recent reports suggested creator Josh Schwartz was planning a feature-length version - but it's the first Bilson has heard of it.

She tells AOL Movies, "No. I had somebody else ask me that because of 'Sex and the City' the movie, but I was like, 'No.'"
