Paris Hilton's mother Kathy has landed a cameo role playing herself in an episode of hit U.s. soap opera The Young And The Restless.

The Hilton matriarch has had a handful of TV cameo roles over the years, including appearances in Bewitched, Family Affair, Happy Days and The Rockford Files.

The 49-year-old also starred in her own reality show in 2005 - I Want To Be A Hilton, which featured contestants competing for the chance to live like a socialite for a year.

Hilton's role in the soap opera will be shown on May 13th.
