Lost star Josh Holloway fears he and his castmates have been cursed by success - because they're all "easy" police targets on Hawaii, where they film the desert island drama.

The actor, who plays bad-boy Sawyer on the show, isn't surprised that three of his castmates have been arrested and six others cited for driving-related incidents in the past 18 months.

He tells the British edition of Glamour magazine, "We're easy targets.

"First of all we're on an island, which means it's very easily patrolled. And we happen to be famous."

Holloway is one of the six stars who have been cited for driving offences - the 36-year-old actor received a speeding ticket in September (2006).

He adds, "I told 'em they should be embarrassed about giving me a ticket for doing 53 in a 35 zone. I mean, come on! Go catch real criminals."

Former co-star Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje was arrested in September (2006) for disobeying a police officer and driving without a license, while Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros were arrested within minutes of each other, on drunken-driving charges, in December 2005. Both pleaded guilty.
