Actor Josh Duhamel is treating girlfriend Stacy 'Fergie' Ferguson to a winter getaway in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, after jetting around the United States to spend Christmas with their families.

The celebrity couple will split time between his folks and her family before jetting off to Rio for New Year.

Duhamel says, "I'm spending the holidays with my girlfriend's family, then my family. Then we're going on vacation. We're actually going to Rio for vacation."
