'Happyness' Takes No. 1 for Will Smith

Will Smith's "The Pursuit of Happyness" nabbed the No. 1 spot over the weekend with $27 million in gross U.S. box office receipts.

The fantasy "Eragon" was a close No. 2 with $23.45 million. Both films were in their first weekend of release.

"Charlotte's Web" was in third with more than $12 million; "Happy Feet" stayed strong at fourth with $8.52 million in its fifth weekend of release; "The Holiday" was fifth with $8.2 million; "Apocalypto" sixth with more than $7.72
million; "Blood Diamond" seventh with $6.72 million; "Casino Royale" eighth with
$5.7 million; and "The Nativity Story" ninth with $4.7 million.

"Unaccompanied Minors" brought up the rear of the top 10 with more than $3.67 million.
