Hannah Montana Co-Creator Wants His Share of the Goods

According to TMZ.com today, the man who says he is the creative inspiration for the Hannah Montana series is suing Disney for almost a million dollars in compensatory damages, including punitive damages, interests and court costs.

Hannah Montana co-creator Michael Poryes says he is due a percentage of all of the money made on the Hannah Montana merchandise and movies.
