Lopez Launches Third TV Show

Hollywood star Jennifer Lopez is launching a new TV show for young Latinas.

Lopez's first TV outing, Florida-set drama South Beach, was cancelled last year following a string of bad ratings, but her reality TV show DanceLife was a hit for Mtv.

And now Lopez has teamed up with producer Jane Startz to develop The Amigas Sweet 15 Club, which centres on five Miami teens running a party-planning business.

The show will form part of a merchandising drive, including books, music and other memorabilia.
